Linea Properties Ltd is a collaborative venture formed by two family businesses, HDG Ltd and The Estate Office Shoreditch Ltd, both of which have deep-rooted ties to Hackney. Shoreditch Works represents a transformative initiative aimed at revitalising a key brownfield site in Hackney, London. Key highlights include doubling the on-site housing provision with high-quality dwellings that meet GLA Housing Design Standards and introducing affordable housing for the first time.
